Bank of Baroda has launched home improvement loans to finance repairs and renovation, improvement or extension of existing homes and purchase of furniture, fixtures, furnishing and other gadgets such as fans, geysers, air conditioners, water filters, air purifiers, heaters, desert coolers, etc.

The maximum amount of loan available to a customer is Rs.10 lakh, with the stipulation that not more than Rs.5 lakh should be for furniture, fittings and other gadgets.
