Mumbai: Bank of Baroda has entered into an agreement with Pioneer Global Asset Management SpA, Italy for setting up an asset management joint venture.

The two have signed definitive agreements to launch a joint venture for asset management business, called Baroda Pioneer Asset Management Company Ltd, BoB informed the Bombay Stock exchange (BSE) in a regulatory filing.
