Mumbai:
The shareholders
of Kotak Mahindra Finance Ltd (KMFL) have approved the
scheme of amalgamation of Guldasta Investment and Trading
Private Ltd, Mega Asset and Capital Management Private
Ltd, Scope Holdings Pvt Ltd and Twilight Holdings Pvt
Ltd (the transferor companies) with KMFL.
This
was done through a poll, conducted at court-convened meetings
of the members, subject to the approval of the Bombay
High Court.
