Chennai: The Pune based Allianz Bajaj Life Insurance Company Ltd became the second private life insurer to acquire three lakh customers in 29 months of operations. The company adds to its customer base over 1 lakh new customers every six months.

According to Sam Ghosh, CEO of Allianz Bajaj and country manager for Allianz, "The key contributors of this success are - emphasis on market development, aggressive penetration and the launch of seven new products in the last six months."
