Birla Sun Life Insurance and JK Insurance Services have
announced their intent to work together and to distribute
Birla Sun Life Insurance products.

K Insurance is entering to sell insurance products, and
will act as a corporate agent for Birla Sun Life. In the
initial phase, JK Insurance will commence operations in
Delhi and Chennai. Training of the first batch of 15 people
is complete and other training exercises are under way.
Having commenced operations in Delhi and Chennai, the
company is setting up kiosks at different factories across
the country shortly.
Birla Sun Life
has also opened branches in Noida and Gurgaon. With this,
it becomes the first private sector insurance player to
have three branches in and around Delhi. "In our
endeavour to increase the national distribution of our
complete
range of insurance solutions and products, we are pleased
to partner with JK Insurance, says Birla Sun Life Insurance
CEO Nani Javeri.
Speaking on the
occasion, Surendra Malhotra, director in-charge of JK
Insurance Services, said: "We believe in constantly
seeking new business avenues. By making a foray into the
insurance sector, we are entering a new and growing field,
where synergies of a very large network of associates
both in urban and rural areas will add value to this business."
