Mumbai: London-headquartered AxiomEstates, an international chain of property consultants, today announced the launch of its global property services in India. It also released a report, inEquilibrium? the changing dynamics of the Indian residential markets, on the current Indian residential real estate market and the various factors that affect it. AxiomEstates is one of the largest providers of property services for overseas Indians and is now undertaking to get foreign buyers to invest in Indian properties. It also aims to provide foreign properties to buyers in India. It plans to help its clients locate, buy and manage property of their choice without the need to travel extensively. The property firm says it maintains a comprehensive database of leading developers across the country and is helping them cater to a new niche market of non-resident owners and a new class of investors, called mezzanine investors, who invest in property intelligently, buy and retain it for a certain period of time say between three and five years and then sell it off to invest in something better. ''The term Incredible India is truly a brand globally and has exciting times ahead,'' said Rajesh Goenka, chairman and CEO of AxiomEstates, at a pres conference in Mumbai, today. ''We believe that the fundamentals of the country are firm and can be depended on as a long-term bet.'' ''With the launch of our operations in India it is possible for us to serve to the large emerging pan India cross-city market which has till date not been serviced,'' Goenka added. Through its organised marketing and integrated key services AxiomEstates says it is well positioned to capitalise on the changing buyer profile as well as the changing dynamics of the Indian property market. The company lists almost all the top 100 Indian developers on its list. AxiomEstates has a chain of offices set up in New York, Silicon Valley, Dubai and now India.
