Fugitive US broker Frankel arrested
Connecticut: Martin Frankel, accused of embezzling hundreds of millions of dollars from insurance companies since May 1999, has been arrested in Germany,

Frankel, 44, vanished shortly before a May 5 fire that destroyed business documents in his Greenwich, Connecticut, mansion, where he ran an unlicensed brokerage. Frankel is a native of Toledo, Ohio, and was banned from securities trading in 1992 by the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
