Jayanto Banerjee will joins Bates 141 as executive vice-president and will be responsible for overseeing work on the agency's growing portfolio of brands in Delhi and other special projects.

He was earlier with Euro RSCG Dubai, where he was general manager.

Banerjee has a MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai. He spent 13 years with Euro RSCG in India and the Middle East. Before taking over as Head of Euro RSCG Dubai, he was strategic planning director for the Middle East Network supporting six offices in the region.
