Kartik Smetacek and Nikhil Panjwani have both joined Publicis Ambience as senior creative director and associate creative director respectively.

Smetacek was with Contract for a year, prior to which he was with Rediffusion DY&R for seven years.

Nikhil Panjwani began his career with Rediffusion DY&R, and has also worked with Leo Burnett and Ideas@work. He was with Young & Rubicam Kuala Lumpur as creative group head.
