Chennai: The city-based Polaris Software, a software services and solutions company in the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) market, has won The Banker Technology Award 2003 in Multi-Channel Integration for its Orbi One Direct product.

Orbi One Direct is a channel delivery solution for banks that helps deliver consistent service at the customer relationship level through multiple channels such as the Internet, IVR, mobile, ATM and call centres.

"Polaris had a very strong entry with Orbi One Direct," says Parveen Bansal, technology editor, The Banker.

The Banker Technology Awards 2003 recognises the innovation and excellence of technical applications and services for the front-, middle-, and back-office of financial services.
